Facebook problem BlackBerry Hit All Carriers in Indonesia

Trouble at Facebook application for BlackBerry users were hit all the BlackBerry services in all telecom operators. It is said Handono Warih, GM Direct Sales XL Axiata PT Tbk (XL) when contacted Kompas.com, Thursday (11/2/2010). "It's just the XL enggak but all operators as well," said Warih.

The problem is beginning to be felt since last Wednesday so doing change the face of Facebook mobilenya version. Warih said the problem likely was related to the change of the system that made Facebook. According to him, there is a script that may not fit with the BlackBerry service so that the access failed.

"We also have reported this problem to RIM, but there has been no official explanation. We also complain why no previous announcement," said Warih.
